Grape varieties: Mtsvane, Grown in Kakheti’s Akhmeta Microzone - Harvest 2009.
12.5 % Alcohol by vol. - Titrated acidity: 6 gr/l

No Malolactic fermentation

Color: The wine is mid straw golden in color with delicate green tints and brilliant clarity.

Nose: Exhibits light tropical and melon tones with touches of muscat.

Palate: Crisp and delicate with creamy melons on first approach. The wine finishes firm with good acid to echo the length of fruit flavors to the very end of the drinking.

Ageing: This wine has not been aged in oak.
The wine can be aged in bottles for five years. For those with an especial interest in wine it lightly and playfully adopts some nutty bottle aged characters as celebrated earlier vintages have done. However, it is recommended that the wine be consumed within the first two years in the bottle for maximum enjoyment of its rich flavors. For the especial, a special treat.

VINIFICATION: The grapes for this wine are harvested during the optimum ripening period and continuously assessed .

A low temperature fermentation process is used.
